BackReturns & Warranty

We understand some customers may not be satisfied with their purchases, and we understand all manufacturers have a small percentage of products that may have defects. Knowing that, we have developed our return and warranty policies.


RETURN POLICY
OZ Grooming World will accept the return of merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product returned is in a saleable condition. 

  • All boxes, packaging, and accessories must be returned. 
  • The original purchase invoice, or a copy, must accompany the return. 
  • All returns must be pre-authorized.
  • A restocking fee of 15% of the item's sold price may be charged when an item is returned without original packaging. 
  • The return must be inspected before applying credit, a replacement or a refund. 
  • Seasonal items, books, videos, and DVD’s, may not be returned for exchange or credit. 
  • Merchandise under the Manufacturer's Warranty Period must be returned to the Manufacturer for repair or replacement, eg Wahl, Oster.
  • The Manufacturer may deem merchandise that has failed due to improper operation or use, customer neglect, lightning damage or other acts of God, or incidental damages may not be accepted as a repair or return. 



WARRANTY POLICY
OZ Grooming World is the only Authorized Warranty Agent of Aeolus and XPower in Australia, both brands has 1 year warranty from date of purchase against any manufacturing faults. 

  • All products returned for repair under warranty must have proof of purchase (eg. invoice).
  • All inward freight/postage is to be paid by the customer. 
  • If warranty, we will pay for the return postage. 
  • If not warranty, return freight will be charged.  

When returning the product for warranty, please ensure the following:

  • Postage is prepaid
  • Use sturdy packaging to protect the product against damage in transit - such damage is not covered by the warranty. 
  • Include your name, address and proof of purchase 
  • Provide a detailed description of the fault
