Returns Policy

OZ GROOMING WORLD offers hassle free return service, because we understand some customers may not be satisfied with their purchases, and we understand all manufacturers have a small percentage of products that may have defects.

 

WHAT can be returned?
As long as the item is not opened or used we're happy to receive it back for a refund or exchange. However, this excludes seasonal items, books, and DVD’s. Not change of mind.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and must be in the original packaging. Provided the product returned is in a saleable condition.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
All returns need to be sent to our warehouse at OZ Grooming World, 1/16 Bernera Road, Prestons NSW 2170
 
HOW do customers return items?
All returns must be pre-authorized, so before you send an item back to us, please inform us via email: ozgroomingworld@gmail.com, this is to speed up the refund/exchange process. All boxes, packaging, accessories and bonus items must be returned. The original purchase invoice, or a copy, must accompany the return. A restocking fee of 15% of the item's sold price may be charged when an item is returned without original packaging.

SHIPPING for returns?
Postage is non-refundable, and customer pay for return shipping.

CREDIT for returns?
The return must be inspected before applying credit, a replacement or a refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. All refunds will be provided via the original method of payment.

Instore return option?
Customer can also return at our warehouse, address is: 1/16 Bernera Road, Prestons NSW 2170

Packing materials?
Items need to be in orginal packaging, and goods must be packaged appropriately for transport. Please do not tape up or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.
 
Please note: Merchandise under the Manufacturer's Warranty Period must be returned to the Manufacturer for repair. The Manufacturer may deem merchandise that has failed due to improper operation or use, customer neglect, lightning damage or other acts of God, or incidental damages may not be accepted as a repair or return.
