After watching barbers and hairdressers using good quality trimmers to provide trims around the head and neck area safely, I thought I like that a trimmer offers safe but precise cutting so i bought the Midi and sure enough it is now my go to. No more worries about inadvertently cutting a nipple or loose skin or the delicate private areas. I also use the midi trimmer to do the skirt and undercarriage of every dog. It works extremely well for tidy's and outline for short shedding dogs too, I use it to skim the upside U around the rear end legs safely to not nick the privates of the dogs and provide a perfect finish. It's my finishing tool if you like, any wisps on the underside and back end, I tidy up with the midi and it always provides a terrific finish. I am very happy and can easily say its worth every cent for me. I love this tool.
