A Dedicated Training Space for the Grooming Community

Located within OZ Grooming World's Ingleburn premises, The Groomers Loft is a dedicated space for professional grooming seminars, workshops, product demonstrations and industry education.

With flexible seating arrangements, presentation facilities and grooming equipment available for hands-on training, our venue provides a practical and affordable space for grooming educators and industry professionals.

Since 2017, we've been committed to keeping venue hire affordable to encourage more educational events within the grooming community.

* Hire duration includes setup, event activities and pack-down.

Bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. Access outside the agreed booking hours requires prior approval.

What's Included

• Tea, coffee, sugar, napkins and disposable cups (please bring your own milk)
• Kettle and hot water facilities
• TV on stand for presentations
• Whiteboard on stand
• Trestle tables (available upon request)
• 15 two-person training tables
• 6 folding grooming tables for hands-on workshops
• Up to 80 chairs available (seating arrangements and maximum attendance are subject to room layout and venue capacity requirements).
• One lifting grooming table for the presenter
• Air conditioning and standard lighting

Additional Grooming Table Hire

Six folding grooming tables are included in the standard venue hire fee. If additional grooming tables are required, the following hire rates apply:

• Additional Small / Medium Folding Grooming Tables: $25 per table, with or without a grooming arm.
• Hydraulic / Electric Grooming Tables: Price available upon request.

Attendees are also welcome to bring their own grooming tables, subject to prior arrangement.

Please contact us in advance if you require additional tables or equipment so we can confirm availability and make the necessary arrangements.

Additional Facilities (Subject to Approval)

• Bathing Area with Stainless Steel Grooming Tub. Access to our bathing area, equipped with a stainless steel grooming tub, may be available for practical demonstrations and hands-on workshops.
• Prior approval is required, and additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.

Terms & Conditions

By booking The Groomers Loft, the event organiser agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• Insurance: Event organisers are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their activities, including public liability insurance and any additional coverage required for participants, animals and grooming activities. OZ Grooming World may request a valid Certificate of Currency before the event.
• Cleaning: The venue must be kept in good condition and left clean and tidy after use. Additional cleaning fees starting from $50 may apply if extra cleaning is required.
• Rubbish Disposal: All rubbish must be removed from the room and placed in the appropriate bins outside the building.
• Furniture & Equipment: All tables, chairs and equipment must be returned to their original positions after use. Additional fees may apply if significant rearrangement or cleaning is required.
• Floor Cleaning: The floor must be vacuumed if there is visible hair, rubbish or other debris after the event.
• Lights & Air Conditioning: All lights and air conditioning must be switched off before leaving the premises.
• Damage: Event organisers are responsible for any damage to the venue, furniture or equipment caused during their event, excluding fair wear and tear. Reasonable repair or replacement costs may be charged.
• Animal Safety & Hygiene: For events involving live animals, organisers are responsible for their proper handling, supervision, welfare and hygiene. All animal waste must be cleaned up and disposed of appropriately.
• Venue Access & Booking Hours: Venue access is limited to the agreed booking period, including setup and pack-down. Any additional access or extended hours must be arranged and approved in advance.
• Additional Facilities & Equipment: Use of the bathing area, additional grooming tables or other facilities not included in the standard venue hire must be approved in advance. Additional charges may apply.
• Safety: Organisers are responsible for ensuring their activities are conducted safely and in accordance with applicable requirements. Emergency exits and accessways must remain clear at all times.

By proceeding with the booking, the organiser confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Supporting Grooming Education Since 2017

Our venue hire rates were originally introduced in 2017 and remained unchanged until October 2026.

We've always aimed to keep The Groomers Loft affordable and accessible, supporting independent educators, grooming professionals and industry events.

We kindly ask all organisers to take good care of the facilities and follow our venue guidelines so we can continue offering this space to the grooming community at reasonable rates.
